As it says, it activates all plugins at once.</li> <li>"WP-Enhanced Plugin Management" by <a href="http://www.wiso.cz/2007/03/07/my-new-wordpress-plugin-wp-enhanced-plugin-manager-10/" rel="nofollow">Martin Wiso</a> allows you to selectively activate/deactivate plugins.
